Beautiful floral picture by Luthy. The 3 "D" fancy matt & the gold frame & black frame are metal. It was made by Metalcraft Corp in Chicago in the 1940's & 50's. It has glass over the front & a brass ring at the top. It is 10 " x 11 ". It has the Metalcraft label on the back.
