Not only do the wheels spin, the handle bars move left and right, but the wheels in the front move forward to the handle bars so it can be a short unicyle or a tall one like in a circus. This is one of the neatest mechanical charms I have seen. Lots of quality work in it and it is in great shape. This measures 3/4" x 3/4" and is 14kt gold.And now for the tedious part that you probably already know: We offer Layaway on all our pieces regardless of which site it comes from.
