Marwal Ind. Inc. was a commercial producer of classic reproductions statues. These were beautifully done with much detail and made of Chalk ware, solid and durable to last a lifetime.
This vintage statue depicts a lovely Grecian style maiden poring liquid from a pitcher into a bowl; she is sitting on a pedestal with a flower basket on her side, this is very detailed and ornate. The statue consists of two pieces a base pedestal and top statue, both pieces are stamped with Marwal Hall Marks. The base is covered in felt to protect surfaces that it sits on; this statue weights around 100 pounds This is the perfect piece to add Grecian charm to an indoor space or outdoors in a garden.
Condition: Very Good!, free of any chips cracks or repairs, felt has a spilt in the middle.
Measurements: 49" tall x 13" wide x 13" deep.
