Vintage covered dish which is ceramic or pottery and made in Mexico. This dish appears to be a butter dish. It has a cover which has a silver finial on it in the shape of a shell. The bottom of the dish is marked Los Castillo Taxco Mexico and is marked Pintado a Mano .

The dish measures 6 inches long and is 4 inches wide and stands 3-1/4 inches tall with the cover .

The condition is very good.
