Made circa 1962–1966. Printed on paper over a board like material. The board is rectangular with rounded corners. The planchette is made of cream colored plastic. Original front of box reads: Ouija The Mystical Oracle Wonderful Talking Board, William Fuld, Baltimore, MD., U.S.A.

The board and planchette are in near new condition. It is in original box. The box shows shelf wear. The front cover is stained were something was set on top of the box.
