Delightful Burgundy and Gold edged cup and saucer "J.W. Veritable Porcelaine".

The cup is ribbed on the outside as shown in picture 5. The cup measures approximately 4 1/2” in diameter at the top, tapering to 1 3/4” at the bottom. It is about 2 1/4” tall. The saucer is about 6 ½” in diameter.

The gold motif in the inside of the cup and on the saucer is in perfect condition. The burgundy edge is wider than in the Cocoa cup. There is only slight wear on the lower part of the handle on some cups, but is not noticeable unless examining the cup very up close. The ribbon on the edge of the cup is thicker than of the coffee cup and shoes no wear.

The cup has a nice tulip shape.

A very classy set, yet very cheerful with the burgundy and gold tones playing of each others.

NOTE: I have 5 cups and 6 saucers. Buy the 5 cups and I will throw in the extra saucer... just in case.
