National Conference of Regulatory Utility Commission Engineers is printed around the outside. On the back it reads "We welcome you to Oklahoma & the 67th NRUCE Conference. June 3 19-22 1989 Jim Townsend, Bob Hopkins, Bob Anthony Oklahoma City, OK Frankoma. The trivet is 7 " across the center.
