It has the original header which states it is a "Primstyle Qualiti-Pakt". It is priced at $.69 per yard = $2.76 total price for the 4 yards. It is a rayon and cotton blend as there is a sticker on the package header stating "50% Avril Rayon and 50% Cotton". There are no stains, tears or fading.
