Czechoslovakian cobalt blue Art glass stirrup cup or vase with hand painted 24K gold encrusted enamel, raised pastel flowers and vines. This Art glass, resembling Byzantine enameled glass, became very popular in 1920's and was also produced by Moser (see Moser Artistic Glass, plate 56 & 154). The vase was acquired In Czechoslovakian cobalt blue Art glass stirrup cup or vase with hand painted 24K gold encrusted enamel, raised pastel flowers and vines. This Art glass, resembling Byzantine enameled glass, became very popular in 1920's and was also produced by Moser (see Moser Artistic Glass, plate 56 & 154). The vase was acquired In Czechoslovakia along with then current (1960's) Glassexport catalog. Excellent condition, no chips, cracks or repairs. Other pieces we have are "Signed" with Glassexport logo paper label "Bohemia Glass Made in Czechoslovakia", however this piece doesn't have the label. Dimension : 3-3/4" high. * CG167
