All of my items are from estates that I have purchased myself in 45 years of business. This if from a Chicago estate,and I have had this item in a stash. Measures 2 " across & 1 1/2 tall . Wonderful condition Pierced gold tone metal with about 2 ct. stone in center surrounded by smaller stones. Topaz color very dark. Has a clip for lapel or scarf.Very nice item.
