Vintage Barbie wearing a Calvin Klein T-shirt top and a belted plaid skirt that was issued by Barbie.  

I don't know if the plaid skirt and CK top came together with the doll.  But it goes to together well.   

The condition is good.  The Barbie hair needs to be restyled.   The part in the back shows few plugs, which would not be an issue if her hair was let down.
