Vintage brass letter opener with inlaid art glass in blues, green, and orange and inlaid sunburst design in brass. This very attractive letter opener came from the estate of R.E. Olds Anderson, grandson of R.E. Olds, the founder of Oldsmobile. Mr. Anderson was well-traveled, especially in Mexico and Latin America, where this item may have originated. The piece measures approximately 7.25 inches long and 1 inch wide. It is in very good condition, solid and intact. It has been left in its original condition, showing surface wear.
