Vintage 3 chain blue & clear dish glass shade for a ceiling light fixture. It has blue frosted or satin glass with inverted panel shapes. The panels have small embossed flowers inside. The shade has a large embossed flower shape in the center. The rim is clear & looks like a saw tooth design, but its little hearts. SOOO CUTE!   I also have a pink one just like it listed. It is 11 "
