Vintage 1980's size small two piece black velvet outfit by Eveningwear by Electra Casadei. The gown has spaghetti straps that cross at the back. It is form fitting through the knees and then flares out, and is longer at the back. The jacket is cape-like with many folds, and has 3" cuffs on the sleeves. This two piece outfit is new and has the Electra Casadei tag attached.
