You are looking at a really nice Asian style cabinet. This cabinet is black Chinoiserie or Jappaned with soft colors exposed where the black is carved away. There are 2 doors with brass plates and pulls that open to a double shelf. The simple square feet are capped with brass as well. This is a lovely piece of functional Asian art and is in great condition. It appears to be hand decorated and carved. I do not know the maker or exact date it was made. This piece is vintage and will not be perfect. This cabinet measures 40 inches tall, 26 1/8 inches side to side and 13 ½ inches front to back. It weighs 48 pounds.
