This is a black cotton coil weave clutch purse or wallet, probably vintage 1940's. The back of the clutch has a silver zippered pocket. Opening the flap reveals a black acetate lining with a two sectioned pocket sewn on the back side, but the thread separating the two has come apart. Sewn on the front left side of the pocket is a cloth tag indicating it was made by Bostonian. Attached to the front inside is a small black change purse which has frayed on the top in two areas. The outside of this purse is in excellent vintage condition.
