This sofa is in nice condition. The upholstery is button tufted on the backrest and arms. The wood has a rosewood finish. The fabric is yellow gold velvet and is in good condition. There are some discolored spots on the seat as well as a crease line in the nap of the fabric but there are no rips, tears or odors in the fabric. The arms and front legs are carved as well as the crest rail. There are some nicks and scuffs on the legs and on the crest rail. We have a matching balloon back chair for sale in our store, be sure to check it out as well. I do not know the exact date the sofa was made. This piece is vintage and will not be perfect. This sofa measures 40¾ inches tall, 711/8 inches side to side and 29½ inches front to back. It weighs 74 pounds. We do have more photographs that we can email if you are interested.
