This vintage 60's cocktail dress has an outer layer of yellow netting over a yellow acetate material. The netting is decorated with silver sequins, pale clear, blue and yellow plastic beads in a "plaid" like pattern. There are a couple of areas where beads are missing, including the top of the spaghetti straps and front right breast area. This dress seems like it would be very uncomfortable to wear, but I think it would be a great piece for a mannequin. It has a Malcolm Starr label and ILGWU label. There is no size tag, but it fits my size 42 dress form nicely.
