This souvenir powder compact is probably from the 1950's, and is silvertone and goldtone. The lid shows the State of South Carolina with many of the cities listed and items for which South Carolina is known. Inside, the mirror is in good condition, the original powder puff and sifter are included, and it still has powder in it. The bottom has an etched criss-crossed design and has a little discoloration. It is a great collector's piece!
