This vintage 1719 foil-etch map calendar was produced in 1984 by Brown & Bigelow. The calendar features a map by created by Guillaume de I'Isle, who was one of the founders of modern geography and it was published by Johann David Kohler in the Schul und reisen Atlas in 1719. The calendar is approximately 16 inches wide x 25½ inches high and it contains a short description of the map and its famous creator. The years 1984, 2012 and 2040 are calendar day/date matches, so the days of the week will be identical thus making an old calendar new again. This 18th foil-etch map calendar has never been used, is in near mint condition and is another one of the tens of thousands of vintage calendars and items we have in stock.
