Rock-Ola Jukebox 1948, Model # 1428 Vintage.

This Rock-Ola Jukebox was the very last of the Magic- Glo series; it has Art Deco design with vibrant colors featuring red, green, yellow and amazing color animation. This model is one of the most attractive Rock-Ola juke boxes of all times. Its color animation has a revolving color cylinder bar in the center of the front door that creates an amazing light show. The wooden case is blonde, with a glass front; it is coin operated will except 5/10/25 cent coins, and plays twenty selections of 78 rpm records. This model is becoming rare, there were only 9000 manufactured, most of these jukeboxes were just thrown away and replaced with the newest model. This Rock-Ola is un-operational at this time, just needs a couple parts to restore it to working condition; it is the perfect jukebox to restore because overall it is in great shape. This would make a nostalgic gift for someone who loves music the oldies, has a game room or for the hobbyist who liked to restore vintage machines.

Condition: Very Good! The wood interior case inside is in good shape, exterior body is very solid and structurally sound, few minor scuff marks on one side of the case, the lights are in operational order, and plastic covers are in great shape, as well as glass front face and knobs. The key is missing; it needs a turn table and armature, speakers, mounting board, Back vented board.  SOLD  AS IS NOT WORKING. Has a additional bag of various tubes.
