An outstanding 100% original Art Deco Geschutz Bergman Vienna Bronze young seated nude female cabaret dancer gracefully putting on her second stocking, properly marked Namgreb (Bergman), Geschutz, AUSTRIA with the B (Bergman) foundry mark on the day bench.
Consistent with the quality Bergman bronzes are know for the rich high relief detail is complemented by the elegant and flowing famine lines further enhanced by the rich contrast of patinas, dark black flowing hair, accented with a red ribbon, her lush red lips and genitalia pop against the mellow brown skin tone, as she puts on the red garter belt with a green ribbon and black high heel shoes, seated on a verdi-green and bronzed patina bench. This elegant little bronze would make an impressive an envious addition to any fine early 20th century Vienna Bronze collection.
SIZE: 4 1/4" Height.
CONDITION: Slight normal wear to the patina consistent with the age of the piece, overall excellent condition.
