Victorian Trade Card Spayde & Cookson Basket of Flowers 1800. This is a beautiful color Victorian Trade Card from Spayde & Cookson's of Kalamazoo, Mich. It has a beautiful basket of mixed flowers. It shows a ladies arm and hand holding the basket. She is wearing a pink dress with a lots of ruffles at the cuff. Also wearing a gold bracelet. Basket is gold color with mixed colors in the flowers and with lots of greenery. On the front it reads, The finest Line of Holiday Presents is at Spayde & Cooksons. Metropolitan Drug House, Kalamazoo, Mich. No writing on the back. Was in a scrap book dated 1880. Has some minor glue on the back but I still consider in mint condition. Measures 7 1/2"" wide by 5 1/2"" high.
