Victorian Necklace. Circa. 1860-1870 American This is what a well-dressed woman would wear in the evening, perhaps for a rather special event. 16 3/4 inch necklace. (Don't forget the women were smaller during those times) The chain of the necklace has wonderful seed pearl detail. The hightlight is the center piece which measures 2 inches wide and 2 inches high. 6 Dutch rosecut bezel-set garnets, 5 natural pearl drops, Two tiny round turquoise cabochons adorn on either side.
