THere is just something about the moon and the stars during the deco period that makes you believe that it was a time when people believed in fairies and magic and the supernatural. This lovely rose gold filled locket hangs from a rose gold filled chain that measures 18" long. Probably loaded with great Karma as this was a sweetheart locket that would have been given to the one they loved. Inside you can see the impressions for the stones which were hand set into the indents instead of prong set like in later years. That is one tell tale sign of the age of this beautiful old piece. It has been gently worn with a small indent on the back. All the paste stones are original though. Wouldn't this be a wonderful piece to pass onto to someone in your family or to a bethrothed?
