This sweet, small sized walnut Victorian sofa is often referred to as finger carved and has a cameo back shape. This style and design was extremely popular in the 1860-1880’s. It would be extremely easy to find other very similar or complimentary upholstered pieces. We currently have a rocker and armchair upholstered in the same tone on tone cream colored fabric. This love seat sized sofa is perfect for a bedroom or as a secondary couch in a parlor. The frame is tight, having no breaks or repairs. The finish is in excellent condition. The sofa retains its original porcelain casters on the front legs.
