Victorian Blown Glass RUBINA RUBENA Thumbprint
Victorian blown art glass Rubina inverted thumbprint water pitcher. This lovely pitcher has a beautiful red color at the top that changes to crystal clear at the bottom with a clear applied handle. Circa late 1800's. The top of the pitcher is square shaped and there is a very tiny flea bite with a little internal fracture under the chip on the top edge about 3/4" away from the spout, very minor and best shown in 4th & 7th photos. There are a few bubbles in the glass. The bottom is ground and has a polished pontil mark, shows age appropriate wear as you would expect. Pitcher measures approximately 7 7/8" tall.
