A wonderful Victorian stick pin, the head in the shape of a bulldogs head. The dogs face is wonderfully detailed, down to the leather collar with a large buckle that surrounds his neck. The eyes are set with small rose-cut diamonds. The back is marked 14K and is hallmarked by Bippart, Griscom and Osborn. Origin: America, ca. 1880. Condition: excellent, sharp detail, all original. Size: head, 9/16 x 1/2"; overall length, 2-9/32. Weight: 1.5 grams.
