Offering this quality set of good clean, sharp, useable taps in their original cardboard box with wood dividers and hinged top. The box top is clearly marked "VERMONT TAP & DIE CORP. LYNDONVILLE, VERMONT HIGH SPEED HAND TAPS SET TAPER PLUG BOTTOMING" and also "5/8-11 NO. 2105". The taps are marked "VERMONT" and are all Vermont taps, and appear to correspond to the box description. These vintage taps are very hard to find quality machinist disposable tools in their original box. The taps are in very good shape, clean and sharp, no damage. The box is clean, and solid and has protected the taps since the mid 1900's when they were made, some minor edge wear, and shop dirt noted, solid, not ripped (w/tap chart on the bottom). It has a slotted wood carrier inside, red paper covered card board with a good label indicating that these are No. 2105 taps. Don't miss out!
