This is a good, used, 10.5 inch long pliers marked "UTICA 1000 UTICAquot; with the antique 3 diamonds logo. The jaws, and all three wire cutting sections are in good shape. As you can see in the pictures, there is some minor pitting on the outside of the jaws mostly, the inside jaw grips, and cutters are in very good shape overall. The wire cutting slot just behind the jaws open also allow the user to grip, pull or twist wire without cutting it if need be. A very nice design, unique! No damage, no cracks, no rust. A quality made used pliers by a well known tool maker!
