This very nice desk is hand painted and measures 39 1/2" wide x 23 1/2" deep x 27 1/2", top of the ledge, to 48" tall.  I received this from a friend of ours who spent 25 years in Europe and collected some of the most unusual antiques.  We have enjoyed it and it is now time to pass it on to the next fortunate caretaker.  It is in very fine condition and I estimate its' age to be from the early 1900's.
