A beautiful antique five-light Spanish Revival chandelier in its original polychrome finish, dating from the 1920s. This figural chandelier features a design with soldiers profiles. The fixture begins in a polychrome loop accented with volutes and leaves, sitting in a crenellated section. Below, curled wrought iron bands form the chandelier body. The bands are connected in the middle by diamond-shaped pieces ornamented with a helmeted soldier in profile, surrounded by red and green ribbon and leaves. The chandelier arms support crenellated bobeches with a rope border, and the chandelier finishes in a foliate finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 18 ½ wide and 22 tall, and the fixture is 37 long overall.
