Antique console or refectory tables can be used in dining rooms, wine cellars, breakfast rooms, entrance areas, libraries and even converted into desks.
This unusually long and stunning antique French stripped oak console/refectory table has a very thick top over two baluster shaped legs. A very small ogee linear molding surrounds the circumference of the top and all the corners are rounded. There are shaped supports beneath the top and above the balusters. All this rests upon trestle feet connected by a thick crossbar. Note that the European Oak top has wonderful areas of burled wood in it.
This rustic antique French table will be an asset to any room it is placed in.
