Ungemach Pottery Company was founded in Roseville, Ohio by Fred Ungemach.  He had worked for Robinson Ransbottom Pottery Company and McCoy Pottery.  Ungemach (UPCO) was started in 1937-1984.  Most UPCO products are marked and numbered.  Their products are solid, well-made, and  made to be used.
