UNCLE SAM~~~Ty Attic Treasures~~~ 8" Ivory teddy bear Featured is a MINT and very hard to find TY Attic Treasures UNCLE SAM the Retired IVORY PATRIOTIC TEDDY BEAR, Style #6257. He has a mint heart hang tagwith protector and a mint 2001 red & white EMBROIDERED with sewn edges tush tag. His tag line reads, "As American As Apple Pie!" UNCLE SAM's fur is ivory in color~~so soft, long, and SILKY~~absolutely pristine! He has dark brown felt paw pads. His mouth & nose area are 'shaved' (this is how he was manufactured~it is not a sign of wear!). He has a vertically stitched black nose and a black stitched mouth. He has black eyes. He has a very sweet face~~just adorable! UNCLE SAM wears his original clothing~~a red vest with white stars, navy blue & white striped pants, and a red, white, and blue hat. His costume is quality made & also in mint condition. He is a gorgeous teddy bear and quite a rare find in this MINT condition, as he was available for a very short time~~only 2 1/2 months~~from April 26, 2001 until his quick retirement July 11, 2001! UNCLE SAM is about 8" tall. His neck, arms, & legs are jointed, moveable, and pose-able.
