Austrian Glass DARK RED FRUIT  Brooch Foil Back Glass Japanned Metal setting .   The green leaves are also glass with foil back.    I am not sure if is a cherry apple or a pomegranate.    It has a small detail on the bottom end of the glass which one would not find on a cherry or apple... but you would find on a pomagranite.   The brooch is 2.25" x 1.5"  and the condition is excellent for age.
