Tomb Unknown Soldier Arlington VA PC This is a nice color linen post card, with white border, of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington, Va. On the back it reads, carved simply from a block of white marble. On the front panel are three figures symbolizing the Allied Powers. Under the tomb in a sarcophagus is the body of an unknown soldier brought from France by General Pershing. Night and day a lone sentry parades before the Tomb. Card by Capitol souvenir co of Washington DC Card never used. Has tiny punctures in two corners where it must have been tacked on a wall.
