This is a Half and Half Buckingham Bright Cut Plug Smoking Tobacco tin. The tin is marked with a 1930 patent date on the bottom. The back reads, "Use the tobacco. It keeps this super blend of toasted Lucky Strike and rare Old Buckingham always just right. Never too moist--never too dry--always on top. No more gashed fingers. For pipe and cigarette. Tin has various wear marks and scratches, but only what would be expected in 70 years.
