A primitive tobacco cutter produced by T C Johnson, Quincy Illinois. Bears a patent date of Dec. 1-1914. Original blade appears in good condition. Black painted Cast Iron plated with Chrome? Measures 15 in. long, 8.5 in. tall and is 4.25 in. wide.
