Set of 4 champagne or tall sherbet stemware made by Tiffin Glass, #14199. Festoon optic gives the glass a draped effect. Clear bowl with green stem and foot, which glows under blacklight.  Each measures 5.25"h x 3.5"d. 1920's-30's. No chips or cracks. Sold as a set. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
