Here I have up for sale a very beautiful and detailed original Tiffany cabinet vase in the gold Favrile Aurene color. The vase has 8 raised ribs emitting beautiful hues of Rose, blue and gold iridescent. The vase has a very graceful shape. The top of the vase has a very slight scalloped edge. When looking directly down at the piece it appears to be a platinum color inside. This is how strong the iridescence is. The vase has a deep countersunk and polished pontil with the exterior edge being polished as well. The vase is signed with the numbers 7849 J L.C. Tiffany Favrile. The signature is correct and the letter J signifies it was made in 1915. This quality level in a cabinet piece is highly desirable.
