Tibetan Yak Butter Pot Copper and Brass

Unavailable
This yak butter pot was acquired in Tibet in 1960 according to the handwritten note to the recipient of the gift. Note says, "given to Jean Rockwell by a Shinya Lama in Nepal where he lived for awhile. The Shinya Lama is about 2 steps below the Dali Lama". Measures 8.5" tall and 8.5" spout to handle. Really interesting piece that we purchased at an estate sale.
