This is an unusual old advertising tin - Theodore Metcalf Co.'s Sachet Powder for "imparting a delghtful and permanent odor to hankerchiefs, gloves, linen, etc." Ond side gives a list of the different "odors" that it comes in. What makes this an unusual tin, I think, is the fact that there is a picture of the company's building. Condition if the lid is not good. The rest of the tin is in good condition with slight edge wear and soiling due to age. If you like advertising tins that are odd or different, or collect sachet powders, here's a nice one!
