First Edition. 8vo., 315 pp., burgundy cloth with gilt lettering, top edges gilt, black endpapers, frontis plus 24 plates and 37 illustrations in the text, and with a fold-out map of "Places of Meeting of the Royal Hunt" bound in at end of book. Rubbed extremities. Spine has faded. Endpapers with light edge wear. Some interior foxing, mainly to preliminary pages and tissue guards, otherwise the book is quite clean and securely bound. VG+
