The Light Touch Drawing by Jack Fenton Ad 1948 This is a May 1948 advertisement. It is a nice color drawing by Jack Fenton to display mens fashions. In this ad a lady in a nice suit by Sophie of saks Fifth Avenue is reaching for a puppy that a man in the pet store is holding. Her companion is wearing a bold brown plaid shorts jacket in lightweight wool. Gray flannels are light too. Hat is brown lightweight felt, the shirt, a button down sheer white Oxford, the tie a read and gold figured foulard, the shoes, plain brown with red rubber soles. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This original magazine tear sheet measures 9 1/2 inches wide by 13 1/4 inches tall.
