This museum quality American Folk Art watercolor came out of a North Carloina home. The masterpiece shows a beautiful little southern girl named Nellie Sanford and her doll. Full indentification is written on the back of the frame. The artwork and frame measures 10 x 12 inches. About as nice of a Folk Art original as you will ever see. Full family history provided to buyer.uUpdate on I.D. submitted by historian: Ellen Whipple Sanford of New Haven Connecticut, born Nov. 6, 1846, her mother died 2 days later, and she was raised by Mary Baker.
