The plate depicts famous scenes from Texas History including The Alamo, Will Rogers Memorial, The State Capital and more. The rim is lined with Texas Ranch Brands. The entire design is hand painted on an off white background in a reddish brown color. On the back is the history of Texas beginning in 1536, The Flags of Texas, and numbers of Texas as the largest state in the Union. It is stamped with Vernon Kilns U.S.A. This plate is 10 1/2 inches diameter and is in MINT condition.
