Beautiful little teapot for one with lid. Handpainted with floral pattern and flow blue edges highlighted with gold gilt design. Markings on the bottom are Japanese (or Chinese). Excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There is one questionable spot on the lid - if you look at the pictures, there is a little tab that sticks out through a slot in the top of the rim of the teapot - it comes out and angles down for what purpose I do not know - it appears to have the very tip broken off. Some wear to the gold gilding.
