This is a cute little bone china tea scoop or tea bag caddy made by Royal Patrician of England. The bag holder or caddy spoon has a design called Olympian Rose with gold trim and a teapot finial and measures 5 inches long and the bowl is 2.25 inches in diameter. It is new and from my actual antique shop I closed in 2003 to go exclusively online. A great tea table addition.
