This is a cute little bone china tea caddy spoon, tea scoop or tea bag caddy made by Royal Patrician, England in 2003 and is no longer made. The tea caddy spoon or bag holder has a pretty roses and bluebells design with gold trim and a teapot finial and measures 5 inches long and the bowl is 2.25 inches in diameter. It is new from the stock of my antiques shop I closed in 2003 to go exclusively online. A great tea table addition.
